1. Adverse Event Collection and Reporting
Pharmcontrol supports the collection, evaluation, and timely submission of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs), covering spontaneous reports, literature sources, and healthcare provider feedback.
2. Signal Detection and Management
Our pharmacovigilance system includes proactive safety signal detection using data-driven tools and real-world evidence to identify potential risks.
3. Risk Management and Documentation
We develop and update Risk Management Plans (RMPs), Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSURs), and Development Safety Update Reports (DSURs) in full compliance with Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVP).
4. QPPV and Local Representative
Pharmcontrol provides Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance (QPPV) services and ensures that local contact persons are in place as required by Azerbaijan’s regulatory framework.
5. Pharmacovigilance System Master File (PSMF)
